An awesome trip to New York

We had such a fun visit to NY this past week! We began with a visit to West Point to visit Don's sister and family. Richard has been the Commandant there for the last year and a half. We caught them right before they were moving. The campus was gorgeous and the weather was perfect. We had a wonderful tour of the campus, got to tour the factory where the uniforms are still hand made for each student and spend some good time just hanging out.

Then we headed to Rockville Centre for my Cousin Deidre's wedding! What a super special weekend and so nice to see extended family!

Juliette and her cousin Madeleine!

The beautiful West Point Chapel

Juliette lit a candle for some of her special intentions at St Patrick's Cathedral

We had an awesome lunch at Ellen's Stardust Diner around Broadway downtown. The waiters and waitresses are professional singers and they were amazing to watch and listen to. Juliette got to grab a shot with our waiter mid-song!

We had a lovely ride through Central Park - may have been Juliette's favorite part of the trip!  This pony's name was Diego.

This little girl was full of the dickens once we arrived for the wedding… here she is supposed to be smiling and instead showing me one of her cheerios

I love this picture with Juliette and Tripp with my Uncle Jack. Uncle Jack taught Tripp how to shake hands and "look the person in the eye"… it was quite hilarious. He was running around the rest of the weekend shaking everyone's hand and yapping, "Nice to meet ya.."

The beautiful Cathedral where Deirdre and Bryan were married

The flower were children were so cute. Fiona and Tully are cousins. It took Juliette about 4 minutes to feel like they were her best friends.

This was quite a shocker to Juliette when she got to dance with the groom!
