The Bunny Patch day at the Club

So who liked the bunny and who was terrified of the bunny? Any guesses?? Mommy had to join the picture because Tyler was terrified! He screamed when we were approaching the bunny. The funniest part is while we were in line, Tyler was nervous and he kept trying to pull Thomas back. He was sure that Thomas would be scared as well. Thomas is pulling away from him racing to the bunny's lap!

Tripp and Juliette are both at the perfect age for the bunny and were thrilled to get in a picture with him! Tripp could not understand why he could not talk.

Juliette.... "Tripp, you're so silly! Can Buckwheat talk?.... Of course not!"

As Juliette was enjoying posing for the picture, the boys could not be stopped! They are so on the move and when you want them to come,m they want to run the other way for you to chase them! The looks are just about the time they realize that I am about to catch them!

Tyler was quite the banger behind the baseball. He was feeling like a natural and was even surprising himself as you can see. Thomas just wanted to do it at the same time as Tyler but did not quite understand the concept of getting banged in the head (even though everything was styrofoam)

So Juliette loves to bring our camera everywhere with her as I have mentioned. She is now the new photographer. She was doing such a nice job playing with Thomas and entertaining him. I am quickly realizing there is someone taking full advantage of the situation here. As Juliette is sharing the picture with Thomas like such a nice sister, the other brother is coming in from behind to get into her purse. Tripp knows that she has goodies in there from the party that she was planning to save. Well he wanted to make sure he was going to change those plans...

So he going to clear them out of her purse!

But smart Mommy can see everything like I tell them! I know all things even when you think I cannot see you. Mommy to the rescue to make sure those goodies stay in the purse since the little candy thief has already eaten his!

Who wants to help??

It is time for one of our favorite times of the year.... the baking of the lambs!

There is a woman in charge in the kitchen for the lambs and then there is a girl in charge.... the order is debatable!

This girl is the Queen of the lamb baking! She names each one and picks out just the right combination of the bow depending on whether she thinks it is a girl or a boy! There is such joy that comes out when Juliette is baking for the Easter season. She looks so forward to the delivery and baking for others. She loves to make other people happy!

And this power team can design and bake some beautiful lamb cakes! Juliette had to include Primrose in the picture because she could not believe how much Prim looked like the lamb!

HOWEVER... be it known that there is a lot of new interest in the house and some possible big competition! Tyler would like to make himself the new star of the lamb baking! He loved every minute of it. He wanted to be in the center of all of the action.

Thomas was interested as well but he really mostly wanted to be part of the tasting!

And here Tyler is working some of the last minute details adding the coconut for the fur of the lamb!

And everyone was ready to enjoy the beautiful design! Stella was the name given to this lamb and she surely tasted delicious!

COK-SM Art walk

Juliette and I had a very special evening yesterday. It was the annual Christ our King art walk. You walk the halls of the school and you can buy their art work for $1 as a fundraiser. It was only Juliette and me who went. We first walked into her classroom where she had a surprise for me for coming.

We looked at her first art work from art class. She is so cute with this little camera of ours. Once again she loves to hold something like the older kids at the school. Here she assures me that she wants to take pictures of everything. It is so cute to watch her interact with everyone.

She made the wall for "Math Masters" because she completed her 100 multiplication test in under 5 minutes.... on this one not sure who was more excited Juliette or me??

And just beautiful and touching.... the in and outs of the daily grinds make it all worthwhile when you see this!

And look at the sweet masterpiece Tripp made for Mommy and Daddy out of a rock.... they painted it and he made a tiger!

"The All About me Bag"

It was Tripp's turn to bring the "Get to know me Bag" to school! He was SO very excited!! He was sure to bring his Superman.... Tripp LOVES Super heroes. He also could not leave the house with his beloved Mickey Mouse! We are also crazy into Peppa Pig. He brought his favorite Peppa book in the bag as well. And then in total Tripp style he wants to bring something completely random and convince the class that it is one of his favorite toys. So he brought the toy piano because he wanted everyone to know that like his sister, he too was able to play the piano! His teacher even let me know that Tripp gave a lovely convert on that little red piano for babies 😇. The children were thrilled with his concert.

And of course he wanted to bring his favorite treat to school for everyone - donuts!

I was so delighted that afternoon when he brought me some beautiful flowers as art work. I have them hanging in my office! There are no better gifts than a gift made from your child!
