We loved getting the tree up this year and enjoying the time under the tree. It is always a very important job the children say that hey have finding the perfect tree for the family.We had some cool weather that night so it was a perfect time to buy a tree and get in the Christmas spirit.
We found the perfect tree and then delivered one to Tessa and Doh's house. It was a family affair as you can see. Doh fitting it in the stand, Don and Tripp removing the netting and Juliette using "her tools" to decide it the tree were straight or not. In other words, standing tall and looking in charge.
The children were quite excited to see the toy soldiers and gave them the honorary walk to the front porch.
Tripp brought hime from school his turkey and this Thanksgiving he is thankful for many things.. specifically chairs to sit in, windows and clouds. Thank you Tripp for some simple perspective.

As we are getting ready for the season, the excitement continues to build for Christmas day.
